Hij werd geboren op 26 januari 1971 in Washington DC in de Verenigde Staten. Hij groeide op in Cleveland, Ohio en toen hij negen was verhuisde hij met zijn familie naar Los Angeles. Hij speelde gastrollen in series als ‘Murder, she wrote’, ‘Lois and Clarke’, ‘The New Adventures of Superman, ‘Pacific Blue’ en ‘Prey’. Hij is ook te zien in verschillende sitcoms zoals ‘3rd Rock from the Sun’, ‘Moesha’, ‘Hope & Glory’, ‘The Wayans Brothers Show’, ‘Hanging with Mr Cooper’, ‘Living Single’ en ‘The Steve Harvey Show’. Hij was te zien als Diamont Teague in ‘Baywatch Nights’. Momenteel woont hij in Los Angeles. In zijn vrije tijd steunt hij tal van liefdadigheidsorganisaties voor onder andere diabetes- en aidspatiënten.
